For RIPE 92, we secured room blocks at two nearby hotels: the Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End and the Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge.

Due to limited hotel capacity around the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), rooms have been arranged across both properties, located just a 10-minute walk from the meeting venue. Conveniently, the two hotels are situated directly across from each other, offering comfortable and modern accommodation options for attendees.

Rates and Availability

We secured a block of rooms at the Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End for the attendees of RIPE 92. All rates include VAT, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and access to the hotel’s fitness facilities.

A £10 supplement per night applies for double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

• Rooms not booked 45 days prior to arrival will be automatically released by the hotel.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to reservations@hbhedinburgh.com.
• Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Any cancellations made after this will be charged at 100% of the stay. This applies to no-shows as well.
• Guests will pay for their stay upon arrival. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Reservation and Cut-Off Dates

• Reservations must be made by 15 March 2026 using the dedicated booking link.
• After this date, remaining rooms will be released and subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show will be charged 100% of the room rate for the entire stay.
• Refunds for prepaid bookings cancelled within the free period will be processed after group departure.

• Check-out: by 12:00 PM
