Abstract
Netiscope is an attempt to provide an Open Source local network issue debugging tool. It is intended to be a single tool to help the user figuring out what the local network conditions are, in case "something is off". With a modular design it is capable of including tests for connectivity issues, DNS problems, the presence of undesired firewalls or MITMs, etc.
