Upcoming AP Policy Proposal: Loss of legacy status upon transfer

We are seeking early community feedback on an upcoming policy proposal to remove the option of retaining legacy status after a transfer, to address the increasing overhead for the RIPE NCC, the increasing market speculation around a scarce resource and the impact on the adoption of best practices like RPKI.

This talk will briefly present on the issues we are trying to address, report the data we've found to support this and allot time to engage the community in a discussion on some concerns that have been expressed on the mailing list so far, as well as provide a space to surface any other questions or comments.
