Linda Shannon
Linda Shannon is a Director with diversified financial services firm Hilco Global's Scottish office where she specialises in the appraisal and monetisation of intangible assets. Linda has built particular expertise in IP address transactions. She has assisted clients including telecoms, ISPs, universities and public sector organisations in navigating the IPv4 transfer market and processes, and has given Expert Witness testimony in UK courts. Linda loves to travel. She studied International Relations and interned with the Azerbaijan chapter of anti-corruption NGO Transparency International after graduating.
